Love Sam’s Club and it has great deals. This review is for the Las Cruces store parking lot setup - absolutely terrible; possibly the worst I have seen in any state. To start with, you have access coming in from an always busy Telshor. Sam’s decided that the main entrance and all cart returns would be at the nearest door, which happens to be about 7 cars lengths from the turn into the parking lot from Telshor. To make matters worse the gas pumps are located off to the side but near this entrance also. Almost without fail there is massive congestion, people coming in, and cart returners just trying to do their job and gets the carts back in the store, but they impede traffic and make people wait out on Telshor. Lots of old people also they always want to turn up the first few lanes. So the picture is massive people turning in but being blocked by people having to come into the first door because all the carts are there, while being block by cart returners and their machines driving massive carts to the first door, to more congestion with people who just got gas trying to get out, coupled with old people turning up the first few lanes by this door entrance and waiting 3-4 minutes for

Im not from Las Cruces but i needed a few things so I stopped by the you local store. At the entrance they have a eye catching stand with kids shorts and Ts. GAP ts for 2.81 on closeout. I grabbed a couple and some of the others as well. At check out they scanned at close to $7. I told the girl working the registers and she said there is nothing she could do and have to take it up with management. Needless to say, I was taken back. She called a couple of heavy set lady's (they gave me there names, but I won't post) that were taking nearby. As soon as I saw how one of them rolled her eyes, I knew this was going to be bad. She told me that was the price. She proceeded to say "its posted, go look". She refused to honor the correct price. When I told her I was handicap and couldn't walk back she laughed. So i took my time and went to the stand, took a picture and showed it her. She walked quickly to the stand and noticed that I was correct, but she still was standing her ground, "its the wrong price". Only after I stood my ground she corrected the price. No apologies, nothing. These two ladies do not belong in a guest service establishment, especially how they treat there handicap gue

I could not join on their website. I went to the store. I awaited in line. The woman behind the counter was very helpful friendly and not stressed. She wasn't able to get me joined up either, even with tech support call.(overseas) I saw the thirty people now waiting in line, and I became stressed. I said let's do this later, looking at the line of people behind me, saying: " you're busier, then a 3 legged cat. Trying two bury it's turds on a frozen pond" I said I will go get a hot dog and leave. That didn't work out very well either. COSTCO here we come!

I am so thankful for Sam's Club especially as the family budgeter! I buy all of our meat there and yes it's an extra step to portion out in freezer bags. However I save triple digits over buying it in small portions. It's always clean, workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to assist.

I received the wrong order from Sam’s. I ordered the Antioxidant not the Vitamin. Been trying to get customer service but they are not taking calls because they are too busy. Tells me to call back later. Been trying to call for 2 days but can’t get anyone. Boy has Sams Club gone downhill in the last 6 months. Need to cancel membership. Sure wish we had a Costco in Las Cruces.
